Hi I'm Emmi! Welcome to Dead Ends Hair Co.! I've been doing hair since late 2014! I specialize in balayage blonding and textured cuts! Please note all color appointments require deposits! The deposit will be put towards your services! My cancellation policy is listed below! Please read carefully. My refund policy is as follows. Refunds will not be issued. If your hair is not quite what you'd like please communicate that to me as soon as possible after your appointment so we can make a plan! You will be scheduled for a correction free of charge! FULL CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hour cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel your appointment, I require 24 hours notice. Any appointments cancelled after that time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the services scheduled. 1/2 of that will go towards your rescheduled appointment bringing the fee to 1/2 the appointment cost. After 3 last minute cancellations, all future appointments must be prepaid in order to schedule. No-call-no-show policy: Appointments missed as a result of a no call no show will be subject to full payment, and any appointments thereafter will require a non-refundable deposit (equal to 50% of the services scheduled). After 2 no call no shows, all future appointments must be prepaid in order to schedule. Covid cancellation policy: Last minute Covid related cancellations: all fees will be waived with a dated Covid test sent to: deadendshairco@gmail.com
